Rev. Sky Starr multi-functions as: A Minister, Marriage and Family Therapist, Grief Therapist, Trauma Specialist, Life Coach, Educator, Founder, Executive Director & CAO of Out Of Bounds and Community Advocate.
Professional History
Drawing from her personal and professional experiences as Teacher, Nurse, and business owner, Rev. Starr facilitates individuals and companies in a diversified, tailored capacity as Therapist, Life Coach, Educator and Consultant. She has proven dedication to her professions, the business sector, and community.
Clients include: Schools, Churches, Groups, Communities, Agencies, Community Centres, and corporate organizations.

- Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (C.A.M.F.T)

Academic Accreditation
With a General Certificate in Education, and a Teacher’s degree from the University of Cambridge, (London, England), Rev. Starr pursued a Nursing career at Ontario School of Nursing and George Brown College, where she excelled in that field for over eighteen (18) years. Furthering her education, the reverend attended Tyndale University College and Seminary where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Master’s Degree in Counselling.
